Review: 6th & Waller Diner

6th and waller

A few weeks ago, East Austin hotel invited me out via The Austin Food Blogger Alliance to try out the new menu at their attached 6th & Waller Diner. We were also invited upstairs to their patio bar, The Upside, to nipple dessert bites and sip cocktails.

The verdict? I’m already planning my return and you should be penciling in time on your calendar to visit ASAP!

Chef Jason Stude has truly outdone himself by combining flavors from all over the world to create a fabulously cohesive, International menu that’s not only mouthwatering to look at but satisfying to eat. Don’t believe me? Scroll through the pictures below and try not to drool!
