Craize sent over some of their chips and a recipe for pumpkin cheesecake minis just in time for the fall season, and I just had to make it.
The combination of sweet (pumpkin, cream cheese, powdered sugar) and savory (Craize’s cornmeal chips) is perfect for holiday snacking around Halloween and Thanksgiving.

About Craize Toasted Snack Crackers
With natural ingredients and bold flavor, Craize® Snacks is reinventing snacking with a new kind of cracker—crispy, craveable, and crafted through a unique fire-grilled process. Unlike oily baked, fried, or puffed snacks, Craize’s slow, open-fire griddling locks in a snappy, crunchy texture while deepening flavor—all from clean, wholesome ingredients.
The Craize advantage:
- Chip-cracker hybrid – The satisfying crunch of a chip meets the versatile, toppable nature of a cracker.
- Fire-griddled, never fried – Craize’s proprietary slow-griddling process locks in flavor and crispness without added oils.
- Versatile enjoyment – Perfect for dips, toppings, or enjoying on their own.
- Real ingredients baked in – Fruits, veggies, and spices are mixed right into the dough, not sprinkled on top.
- Wholesome & allergen-friendly – Vegan, non-GMO, Kosher, gluten-free, seed oil–free, and made in an allergen-friendly facility.
Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip Recipe

Try this fall-friendly Craize Recipe from Celebrity Chef George Duran: Sweet Corn or Guava Craize Pumpkin Cheesecake Minis.
Note: The original recipe calls for putting the dip on the Craize chips, but I put it back in the cream cheese container and ate it as a dip.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 24 Sweet Corn or Guava Craize crackers
- 1 cup whipped cream (homemade or store-bought)
- Ground cinnamon, for dusting (I just used some more of the pumpkin pie spice)
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
- Add pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt. Beat until well combined and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Spoon mixture into a resealable plastic bag and twist to create a piping bag. Cut off a small corner and pipe a mound of filling onto each Sweet Corn or Guava Craize cracker.
- Top each with a small dollop of whipped cream, dust lightly with ground cinnamon, and serve immediately.
Makes 24 crackers or a little more than 8 oz of dip.
