Congrats to Ben Milam Whiskey on the launch of their new flagship brand Milam and Greene—True American Whiskey With A Texas Heart! The brand offers a ruby-hued Rye Whiskey with aromas of cinnamon, chocolate, and blackberries, and a golden-colored Bourbon with pops of vanilla, floral and spice.

To celebrate, Milam & Greene threw a launch party at the TMI Castle in Clarksville. It’s there that I savored warming swigs of whiskey (my favorite was the Bourbon), bites from Burro Cheese Kitchen, and took in the stunning skyline views of Autin from the very top of the castle.
